The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that all products sold by BP Defence are provided as is and with all faults, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BP Defence makes no representations regarding the level of protection provided by its products against specific ballistic threats, nor does it guarantee the prevention of injury or death. Ballistic resistance ratings are based solely on laboratory testing under controlled conditions and may not reflect real-world performance. Variables such as bullet caliber, velocity, angle of impact, distance, environmental conditions, and repeated exposure may affect the performance of the product. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the use or misuse of the product and agrees to hold BP Defence, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or relating to the use or failure of the product to perform. Use of body armor may be regulated or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, or use of such products.
