Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the safety-critical nature of our backpack systems, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our warehouse. This policy exists to protect our users: once the ballistic panels are shipped, we can no longer verify their integrity or ensure they have remained unused or uncompromised. For this reason, we treat all shipped panels as final-sale items.

We appreciate your understanding—your safety is our top priority.

Limited Exception: Color Exchange (Unused Bags Only)

We offer a one-time courtesy exchange for color preferences under the following conditions:

• The backpack must be unused, in original condition, and returned without the ballistic panels.
• Customers must contact us in advance to request a color exchange and receive return instructions.
• Upon approval, a replacement backpack (without panels) will be shipped once the original bag is received and inspected.

Note: Ballistic panels from the original order must be retained by the customer and are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstance.

If any items are missing from your order or the package appears damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately. You may request a full refund or opt for a replacement backpack, which we will ship out promptly, subject to availability.
